If ink drinker's throwing_period is less than the time between throw animations, it shoots several ink blobs as one

If someone wanted to make an ink drinker that throws a lot of ink blobs in a short amount, this will be the fastest it will look, but in reality each of those blobs are several blobs thrown at the same time, that's why they fill the ink well instantly:

This bug is not happening in current main. Setting throwing_period to the minimum value (0.1) doesn't shoot several ink blobs as one. Verified by changing the only Ink Drinker in round 1 to that period, and setting the barrels to win to 6. The issue I see is that the enemy can't throw that fast, because it is limited by the lenght of the "attack anticipation" and "attack" animations. I wonder if we should A. don't wait for the animations or B. limit throwing_period to the sum of the lenght of those animations. Anyways nothing to do about this particular issue. So closing.
