why JobSystem is not installed

we need to do some asynchronous tasks, but find out that filament's JobSystem is not exported. Why is that? Any risks if I export it as UTILS_PUBLIC and use it.

Are you trying to use libutils as a sahred library?

JobSystem is not public because we don't want to commit to this API.

I just wanna to utilize JobSystem to load from file system, since stbProvider only accepts loaded buffers. And the JobSystem is already, there why should we create another "Job System".
