Detailed description

We are running Mixpost Pro from the Docker container and keep getting Errors for the Job PostActivityCreated:

Illuminate\Broadcasting\BroadcastException: Pusher error: Not found.. in /var/www/html/vendor/laravel/framework/src/Illuminate/Broadcasting/Broadcasters/PusherBroadcaster.php:164

Scheduled Posts are not getting posted, but stay at Publishing. However, one post got successfully posted last week, so I'm not entirely sure if something broke after that or if this is unconnected.

Do you have any advice, how to find the issue?

At least the publishing issue seems to be connected with LinkedIn; Mastodon Posts (and presumably Mastodon + LinkedIn) seem to work, but posts, that are scheduled only for LinkedIn are not posted.

Hi @weddige

Make sure your .env file has correct credentials:

I'm confident, that that's not the issue. Last week it suddenly worked without issues and posted successfully to LinkedIn. Today only the post on Mastodon went through and the LinkedIn post in already for 20 minutes on "Publishing". I've also checked the LinkedIn developer portal and I don't see any obvious issues with the Community Management API.

Any idea where I can look to narrow the issue down?

@weddige Do you have "Developer tier" of your Community Management API product?

yes. Do I need to request an upgrade? I didn't see any quota warnings in the dashboard.
