We are a truly open-source community-based project. There is no company driving the project that is dictating the roadmap or trying to make money out of the code. The license will never change and the code and documentation is guaranteed to be free and open.
All code is licensed under Apache Software License 2.0 (ASL 2.0). The license is included in every repository and project. However, we might once create new modules that can not be licensed under ASL 2.0 due to incompatibilities with other used libraries. In such case we will add a warning to clarify this circumstance.
The documentation in the wiki pages are all licenses under Creative Commons License (Attribution 4.0 International)
