[BUG]: Multiple Events Fired for single identify invocation

We're using mixpanel in our expo app but facing an issue where we see multiple /track and /engage events even though we invoke identify function only once.

trackAutomaticEvents is also set to false.
useNative is set to false.

New Arch Enabled: Yes
React Native Version: 0.77.0
mixpanel-react-native Version: 3.0.7
