Private npm header is bad

@3rd-Eden Links [here](http://browsenpm.org/help/private/index) are bad  because the links in [the raw Markdown](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nodejitsu/handbook/master/content/npm/index.md) is expecting them to be in a form of `/npm`
