Bug: "$PROJECT has been added to the $ORG organization" email does not mention actor

I got an organization transfer email today for one of my packages. The transfer was benign/expected, but the contents of the email made that hard to immediately determine:

In particular, the email didn't include information about the "actor" behind the organization move, which would have helped me determine whether I could trust the move or needed to triage it further.
