The answer here depends on the courses in computer science you wish to take and the other majors or minors you are completing at the university. You also may want to consider CSE courses you are interested in taking in the future. You may want to look at their prerequisites to see if there are any specific prob/stats requirements. ESE 326: Probability and Statistics for Engineering is one of our school's course in probability and statistics. It satisfies the requirements of the majority of our degrees, however Data Science degrees require MA 3211 and MA 43211. Note that the School also offers Engr 328: Engineering Statistics with Probability. Engr 328 has a slightly different focus and more emphasis on statistics. Engr 328 is NOT accepted for CSE degrees. If you are a major or minor outside our school, you should consider other departments' probability/statistics offerings, which we count as follows:
