  1. btrfs: add support for SUPER_FLAG_CHANGING_FSID in btrfs.ko

    Userland uses this flag and resets it only when changing the fsid is
    complete. Its not a good idea to mount the device anything in between,
    so this patch fails the mount if SB SUPER_FLAG_CHANGING_FSID is set.

  2. btrfs: add missing BTRFS_SUPER_FLAG define

    btrfs-progs uses super flag bit BTRFS_SUPER_FLAG_METADUMP_V2 (1ULL << 34).
    So just define that in kernel so that we know its been used. This patch
    does not add it to BTRFS_SUPER_FLAG_SUPP yet, and will continue to warn
    about unsupported flag.

  1. btrfs: don't use async helpers for crcs when under IO limits

    We want to avoid priority inversions from btrfs' async helpers when
    using cgroups to control IO.  The least complicated way is to avoid
    the async helpers completely when we're not in the root cgroup for IO.
    
    On modern hardware with crc32c acceleration, this has a very small
    impact, but we want to do more benchmarks to make sure.

  2. btrfs: ensure that metadata and flush are issued from the root cgroup

    Issuing metdata or otherwise shared IOs from !root cgroup can lead to
    priority inversion.  This patch ensures that those IOs are always
    issued from the root cgroup.
    
    v3: Dropped unnecessary btree_inode handling as suggested by David
        Sterba.

  4. buffer_head: separate out create_bh_bio() from submit_bh_wbc()

    submit_bh_wbc() creates a bio matching the specific @bh and submits it
    at the end.  This patch separates out the bio creation part to its own
    function, create_bh_bio(), and reimplement submit_bh[_wbc]() using the
    function.
    
    As bio can now be manipulated before submitted, we can move out @wbc
    handling into submit_bh_wbc() and similarly this will make adding more
    submit_bh variants straight-forward.
    
    This patch is pure refactoring and doesn't cause any functional
    changes.

  5. cgroup, writeback: replace SB_I_CGROUPWB with per-inode S_CGROUPWB

    Currently, filesystem can indiate cgroup writeback support per
    superblock; however, depending on the filesystem, especially if inodes
    are used to carry metadata, it can be useful to indicate cgroup
    writeback support per inode.
    
    This patch replaces the superblock flag SB_I_CGROUPWB with per-inode
    S_CGROUPWB, so that cgroup writeback can be enabled selectively.
    
    * block_dev sets the new flag in bdget() when initializing new inode.
    
    * ext2 sets the new flag in ext2_set_inode_flags().
    
    * ext4 sets the new flag in ext4_set_inode_flags() if
    !ext4_should_journal_data(inode).  This makes inodes whose data is
    journalled due to inode flags to bypass cgroup writeback.  This
    behavior change is intended.
    
    * btrfs sets the new flag in btrfs_update_iflags() function.  Note
      that this automatically excludes btree_inode which doesn't use
      btrfs_update_iflags() during initialization.  This behavior change
      is intended.

  2. futex: futex_wake_op, fix sign_extend32 sign bits

    sign_extend32 counts the sign bit parameter from 0, not from 1.  So we
    have to use "11" for 12th bit, not "12".
    
    This mistake means we have not allowed negative op and cmp args since
    commit 30d6e0a ("futex: Remove duplicated code and fix undefined
    behaviour") till now.

      A revert of a patch which tried to rework our panic handling to get
      more output on the console, but inadvertently broke reporting the
      panic to the hypervisor, which apparently people care about.
    
      Then a fix for an oops in the PMU code, and finally some s/%p/%px/ in
      xmon.

  12. net: mvpp2: fix the RSS table entry offset

    The macro used to access or set an RSS table entry was using an offset
    of 8, while it should use an offset of 0. This lead to wrongly configure
    the RSS table, not accessing the right entries.

  14. tcp: evaluate packet losses upon RTT change

    RACK skips an ACK unless it advances the most recently delivered
    TX timestamp (rack.mstamp). Since RACK also uses the most recent
    RTT to decide if a packet is lost, RACK should still run the
    loss detection whenever the most recent RTT changes. For example,
    an ACK that does not advance the timestamp but triggers the cwnd
    undo due to reordering, would then use the most recent (higher)
    RTT measurement to detect further losses.
