这个是本地开发用到的，线上会把数据库的配置，配置到
本地开发，可以找一个自己常用的 mastodon instance，创建一个Application，然后在 在Application里，记得配置回调URL 另外，如果在云主机上开发会更方便，你可以自己配置一个https+domain出来，应该直接就可以work了 |
