Schow names of the citys

How can i schow the name of the citys on the map (without mouseover or click, they should be shown when the map ist opened)

We need some way of giving jqvmap coordinates and labels. This way once its done drawing the map it can throw down labels whereever we specify. I do not have a solution for this.
