question_answer_library

A quick Questions and Answers Library

The code will be AGPL for the core system and libraries will be dual-licensed AGPLv3/LGPLv3

The data that'll be made to go into it will be licensed under the CC-BY-NC-ND license so that I can retain some control so long as it's utilized in a non-commerical use and the person is not selling it for a profit.

The following libararies/external code is included.
