Shigaraki
Adds Shigaraki from My Hero Academia, a multi-option survivor steal 'quirks' from enemies, gaining their abilites/skills.
Multiplayer works (hopefully). CustomEmotesAPI compatibility. Risk of Options support.

- Noted that when Shigaraki gets on a jump pad he doesn't go up properly? unsure on issue. For now, added a lot of height gain for air walk if you hold no direction, just the jump button.

- Fixed non-moving/moving passives. There were errors on checking if your character was not moving and now it checks if you aren't holding any direction down.

- Changed Air Walk to now be able to fly forever as well as flying in where you're looking at if you're holding forward, allowing improved ascend/descend. This should help improve movement. Now also costs 10% of plus chaos every second instead and has no limit to flight.
- There's now a disclaimer that when using AFO you need to be standing still. This has always been how it mechanically worked but it caused some confusion as you could not use it while moving.

- Changed Big Bang from every 5th hit dealing 20% of the enemy's max HP to 1000% of the hit's damage. 20% of the enemy's hp was pretty..busted. This keeps it still strong for slower attacks but for high attackspeed skills it still has power.

- Overall this update aims to fix big bugs, changing a lot of skills, improve the descriptions of skills, and maybe the start of a better explanation for shigaraki. A Miro link has been attached (although not the best looking) to show a tree of Shigaraki's abilities and their combinations. Future guides and tutorials for the character to come along with more reworks and changes.

- Fixed Left hand sword particle not disappearing when using mercenary's wind assault
- Fixed The World not properly pausing animations of enemies- now it does!
- Fixed Glacial Elite's freeze sphere infinitely exploding on players
- Fixed Barbed Spikes not being created when Gup-Geep-Gip and Brass contraption paired together (was making Orbital Spikes).

- Changes
- ALL SKILLS- now have descriptions on what they pair with and what they upgrade to for better clarification to players.
- Added Risk of Options functionality to the Give Quirk hotkey.
- Lemurian's Fireball no longer is effected by gravity- the range was too limiting before.
- Orbital Strike now appropriately works when letting go of the button as well as uses the left hand (now a secondary skill similar to Lunar Chimera's Minigun) so that the player is able to use it while using most skills.
- Similarly, Elder Lemurian's Fire Blast is also a secondary skill, allowing the player to hold it to charge it while using most skills. It also charges at a faster rate (approx 2x?).
- Blast Burn's AOE now appropriately scales to match the size of the explosions, and also scales in damage for each pulse.
- Omniboost has been fixed but also instead the player loses half their current stacks on kill. Along with certain skills it enabled ludicrous amounts of attackspeed and damage to stack while only reducing it's rate at 1 per second was too slow. This change makes it still a strong skill against high health targets, but against squishier mobs it won't go out of control.
- REWORKED- Expunge now does an AOE around the player, it now also scales with the NUMBER of debuff stacks an enemy has as well as the number of decay stacks. For each stack, it does an additional 150% damage additively instead. Before, it's limited range and requirement for aiming made it's use limited. Attackspeed still does increase it's range.
- Known Issues
- Noted some known multiplayer issues like doubling of effects or whatnot, aiming to fix that over time.

Known Issues
Sometimes quirks don't combine.
Multiplayer has some issues with buff checks, sometimes occurring twice (taking damage twice, healing twice etc)
Jump pad doesn't send him up properly, for now made air walk give a lot of height while holding jump and no other movement button.
Overview
He is initially weak with low base damage, aim to get passive quirks to increase his power.
All For One can grab elite equipment from elites.
Different quirks builds his playstyle, such as focusing on procs, high damage, buffs, debuffs, defensive, mobility, utility, it's up to you.
It's good to have some base skills too as synergy and ultimate skills aren't usually direct upgrades.
Beetle Queen's Summon Ally quirk allows you to get the base survivor's summoned and therefore be able to steal their quirks too.

Skills
Passive
Shigaraki has a plus chaos meter- this is used for a few skills and his main quirk- All For One. It regenerates over time and every kill gives 10% of your max plus chaos.
Shigaraki can grab the target's quirk with All For One by pressing the F key by default, then pressing a skill slot (Costs 50 plus ultra by default). Remove quirks by pressing the V key by default and pressing the skill slot as well. Shigaraki can give passive quirks to enemies by pressing the C key by default, then pressing a skill slot that contains a passive(Costs 50 plus ultra by default).
Actives(Circle Indicator) replace main skills and Passives(Square indicator) replace extra skills.
Shigaraki has Air Walk: Holding jump in the air after 0.5 seconds let's him fly in the direction he's looking at if he's holding forward. Don't hold a direction to simply gain height. Holding any other directions maintain your current height. Drains 5% of your plus chaos every second.
All [Melee]/Overlap attacks attacks Decay, which decreases the enemies' movespeed and attackspeed as well as instakilling them at 100 stacks (except for Teleporter Bosses).
Shigaraki can sprint in any direction and has a double jump.

2.0.0- THE SYNERGY UPDATE!
- New mechanics
- Quirks can now SYNERGISE, creating a BRAND NEW SKILL/PASSIVE!
- With 60 base quirks, that makes 30 synergised quirks, which can also combine to make 15 ultimate quirks!
I CAN NOW SAY SHIGARAKI HAS 100+ SKILLS/PASSIVES!!- By grabbing the specific pair of a skill while having the skill in your skill slots, you will automatically get the synergised skill. If you had the synergised skill's pair in your skill slots it will automatically get the ultimate skill as well.
- Also to accommodate synergies, Shigaraki can only have 1 of each skill, no more duplicates. This means that after getting the ultimate or synergised version, you won't get that version if you try and steal someone's quirk and get the tier below.
A new Config option is added to allow all skills to be chosen in the loadout if you'd prefer to build Shigaraki from the beginning (I can't speak much on balance but why not). All for One functionality is still present if you'd like to use it. You'll need to restart the game to see changes.- Added a plus chaos meter
- Shigaraki starts with 100.
- Leveling up increases the max by 10.
- Getting stock based items increase the max as well (back-up magazines: 10, afterburners: 30, lysates: 15)
- Getting cooldown reduction items decrease the cost (alien head: 25% reduction, purity: 5 flat reduction)
- Stealing quirks now costs 50 plus chaos.
- Plus chaos regenerates over time, killing enemies gains 10% of max.
- Added ability for Shigaraki to trigger expose- reducing cooldowns by 1 and dealing 350% bonus damage like mercenary.
- Killing enemies will grant plus chaos.
- Added new ability- give quirk: Able to give passive quirks to allies- an ally is able to have one passive at a time.
- In addition, addded passive explanations to their buffs so allies can read them.
- Quirks can now SYNERGISE, creating a BRAND NEW SKILL/PASSIVE!

- Cleaned up explanations of skills, removed redundant information like Agile.
- Made it so the extra [information] under each skill is more relevant to what character's quirk you'll need to get the synergised quirk.
- Along with this, all base skill icons are now changed to have the main character on the top left and the paired character on the bottom right to let players know who to look out for (In the future they may simply just have a new icon itself).
- Right handed and Left handed skills concept is scrapped. It was an arbitrary way of listing which skills could be held with others. Certain skills may still be animated with one hand or the other but more animations will attempt to involve both.
- In general, skills will be able to be used in conjuction in a way that makes sense like base survivors. (Eg. you can use a buffing skill alongside an attacking skill- although ideas like being able to hold both the clay templar and lunar wisp minigun skills together will still be there).
- Reworked Skills
- Decay: Instead of a slam it's a swipe in front of you, less janky in general.
- Decay DoT:
- It no longer reapplies to the user, it now properly recognizes you are the attacker of the enemy's hit so you'll see their health bars properly.
- Damage now scales off of your damage instead of the enemy's damage, dealing the higher of 100% damage or 0.5% of the enemy's max health per second per stack.
- The instakill threshold has changed from 50-> 100 stacks- this is due to this update providing more ways to stack decay.
- All overlap attacks will apply decay (Including projectiles that have them cough Wind Slash cough).
- Beetle: Strength boost now gives flat 5 damage, no melee bonus.
- Lesser wisp: Ranged boost changed to Haste-> gives flat 0.5 attack speed, no ranged bonus.
- Lunar exploder: Lunar aura changed to Lunar barrier-> gives shield equal to 25% of max health.
- Jellyfish: Nova explosion changed to Regenerate-> Store half the damage you take, activate skill to heal.
- Beetle queen: Acid shotgun changed to Summon Ally-> Summon a survivor that inherits all your items (allows quirks to be taken from them too).
- Mercenary: Eviscerate changed to Wind Assault-> Dash forward through enemies, applying expose.
- Grovetender: Hook Shotgun changed to Chain-> Immobilize nearby enemies for 6 seconds.
- Multiplier:
- changed to constant active that costs plus chaos meter per hit.
- Multiplier no longer triples projectiles and decay ticks anymore due to this.
- Multiplier also no longer triples Shigaraki's current damage passively, just the damage on-hit: Unintendedly would triple damage for DoTs without spending anything.
- Loader: Scrap barrier-> Gain 1% of max hp as barrier on all hits- not just melee atacks and no more damage boost for melee attacks.
- Vulture: Flight changed to Wind Blast-> Create a gust of wind, pushing enemies and stunning them for 200% damage.
- Balance Changes
- No more melee and ranged arbitrary discrepancy between skills to streamline balance.
- Cooldown changes for a lot of skills, longer in general to balance out how many skills able to be used along with item changes with the extraskill slots.
- Damage and proc coefficient changes on a lot of skills.
- Some changes below but not all:
- Bullet laser correctly has a proc coefficient of 0.3 instead of 1 for each bullet. Now does 5x200% damage instead of 5x300%, as it was a lot stronger than other skills.
- Both Tar Boost and Spirit Boost has been changed to give 8 second buffs but are no longer stackable.
- Bandit's skill Light's Out damage buffed from 300%-> 600%.

- Double tap correctly has a proc coefficient of 1 instead of 0.

- Added dedicated button (default: F) to steal quirks! Press it then press another skill slot to put the skill into that slot!

- Added 60 second timer for elite aspects to limit aspect copying.

- Disabled overlays for the Hand so that there isn't a weird effect with personal shield generator or similar effects, it does mean it won't go invisible with the body.

- You can now hold AFO for 3 seconds and it will remove your current passive and quirk that matches the button pressed for.
- Improved Aircannon speed and movement.
- Buffed decay to now add one stack and also spread every 6 seconds. The damage is also done in 1 second intervals instead, the damage now deals either the greater of 50% of the ENEMY'S damage or 0.5% of their maximum HP per stack.
- Impboss bleed buff now affects every attack, Acrid's poison buff works like this as well.
- Reworked a few quirks as they were not that exciting, and served not too much purpose currently, simply different projectiles which didn't have many unique effects.
- Greater wisp now grants a buff that makes attacks explode for 50% of the damage.
- Clay dunestrider now grants a buff that gives 10% lifesteal and 1.5x attackspeed.
- Solus probe quirk changed as glide felt a bit unintuitive to use, now it grants attackspeed as you hold down any button every second.
