New Formula: pioneer

Pioneer is an OpenGL Space Simulator in development on Github.
It is similar to a space based mmorpg you might have played.

EDIT: pkg-config now has build time dep, => :build.
EDIT: ACLOCAL is now defined to include our m4 directory.
EDIT: now at Alpha16
EDIT: now at Alpha19
EDIT: correct debug flags
EDIT: now at Alpha20.  Still needs LDFLAGS for OpenGL.
EDIT: add head url.
EDIT: add XCode-4.3 deps on automake, libtool.
EDIT: deparallelize and allow warning on debug build.
EDIT: rebase on Homebrew 0.9 master

It builds without error on 64bit OSX 10.6.8 using all three
compilers from XCode-4.0.2, llvm-2335.9, gcc-4.2.1(5666), and
clang-2.0.  It builds without error on Lion with XCode-4.3.1.

+ Pioneer is an OpenGL Space Simulator. You may have played an mmorpg like it.
+ Once Pioneer is installed on your Mac, run it from the terminal using:
+ pioneer
+ and the game will start in an 800x600 window. Choose:
+ Start A New Game on Earth
+ and you will be docked in Mexico City. At that point you can hit ESC
+ and change your screen resolution to the max, maybe 2560x1440 if you have
+ an iMac. There is a guide in
