Geo-redundancy: WAL synchronisation stuck because of history files #198

Georedundancy skips WALs synchronisation and log contains entries such as:

2019-02-16 12:08:02,621 [9464] barman.server WARNING: Skipping WAL synchronisation for server XXXXXX: no available local backup for 0000001D.history

It looks like the code does not skip history files in barman/servery.py. Please investigate.
