Issue Description

web console menu Monitoring --> Repliocation

click Repliocation --> webconsole hanging.

web console is hanging. because "dsconf replication monitor" use ~/.dsrc
but "dsconf replication status --suffix=xxxxxx" not use
so request binddn, bindpw
