Description: Add a test that checks changelog trimming for the case when, for any reason, a replica agreement is disabled for a short period of time, and trimming thread runs at that time. Also, add topology_m2_c1 to topologies.py.

          Issue 2472 - Add a CI test

Also, add topology_m2_c1 to topologies.py.
