DNS entry for blog domain #123

I'm setting up a blog that I'd like hosted at blog.4clojure.com. @dbyrne, I think you're the only one who can edit DNS settings; can you point that at the 4clojure server?

@dbyrne If you want, you can point the domain at Linode's nameservers and we can handle the DNS stuff without you. Just an option.

We should also reserve a domain like static.4clojure.com for serving static content, which can be served without cookies and increase the number of parallel HTTP requests.

blog.4clojure.com and static.4clojure.com now pointing to the 4clojure server. Got home late so I just made the change real fast, but we can discuss using Linode's nameservers in the future.
