Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
No.

Describe the solution you'd like
Let's say someone would like to point someone to an existing m3u playlist (accessible publicly) and have the IPTVnator app to load the playlist right away without any setup, and pass the m3u playlist as a parameter in the URL.

Ideally that wouldn't add the playlist or change the user configuration when they access https://iptvnator.vercel.app/ as usual.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Nothing, other than giving a quick run-down of the steps to add the playlist manually.

Additional context
N/A

Would that cause too much strain on the Vercel instance, or cause additional expenses on your end (which I don't want to cause)?

I like the idea. The load on vercel side is not so high atm.

The following pattern should work now: https://iptvnator.vercel.app/iptv?url=
e.g. https://iptvnator.vercel.app/iptv?url=https:%2F%2Fraw.githubusercontent.com%2Fjnk22%2Fkodinerds-iptv%2Fmaster%2Fiptv%2Fclean%2Fclean_tv.m3u
