Add additional metadata fields to book. #2

The book should provide additional metadata, which are already prepared (but commented) in the default layout (main.tex):

author (this should default to the fullname of the creator)
author address (multiline)
release (release number, comes from the sphinx layout, but a better name may be nice?)
image (a book image for the front page)

Those metadata should be fields on the book and configurable by the user.

Those fields are enabled when using the standard layout.
