- Add ISAPnP framework based on the old RTL8019AS PnP code
- Switch RTL8019AS to the ISAPnP framework
- Add ISAPnP variants of the Sound Blaster 16 and AWE32, with PnP ROMs reconstructed from pnpdump outputs posted on forums
