Summary

Update the default copyright year
The U+FFFD REPLACEMENT CHARACTER in certain code comments is replaced with the intended letter
Change the internal name for the PIIX3 variation for boards with I/O APIC to disambiguate it for the regular PIIX3
ISAMEM changes: fix a compilation warning, use proper #ifdefs for the dev-branching
Port the Polish translation changes from #2070 to the Qt UI
