Summary

The "PAUSED" toolbar text is now translatable
Page Up and Page Down keys are now consistently called PgUp and PgDn
MO-related strings cleanup: removal of superfluous "M.O.", uppercase byte abbreviation
French translation now always uses octets to refer to bytes
Change double percent signs in 86F-related strings to single ones
