STPC series of 486 SoCs made by ST in the early 2000s. Apparently derived from the Cx486DX2.

Status as of this PR:

  • No IDE controller
  • No USB controller
  • Registers from the Atlas apply to all models (having trouble finding the other programming manuals)
  • The Atlas machine hangs during POST (therefore its PCI layout hasn't been dumped yet)
