个人观点在于，法律行动和劳动者政治行动的边界在我国很难区分。政治运动的定义为改变社会体制的一种行为，大部分国家的劳工运动都是政治运动，但我国宪法第一条就写明了执政党是无产阶级（理论上），劳动者本身就是统治阶级，故劳工运动往往会被解释为统治阶级（人民内部）的矛盾，与政治不挂钩——虽然很可笑，但理论上解释就是如此，这就是中国魔幻现实主义所在。
所以没有必要在996icu特地强调这是政治运动。
当然我认同你的一部分观点，让参与者直视法律的作用和运动的风险、意义所在这一点很重要，但如何叙述还需要适当斟酌。
