index.d.ts not downloading with the package.

After downloading serverline I noticed that the autocompletion wasn't actually working, I browsed through the package installation and didn't found the index.d.ts. Maybe needs a npm publish or maybe index.d.ts it's on the .npmignore.

After manually copying and pasting the index.d.ts file autocompletion worked:

Sadly, both of your question end up in the same answer, no. The only progress made was PR #4 but it looks like the owner of the repo has abandoned it, and for the changes to be implemented he needs to check the PR as he is the only with write access on the repo, but without him this package is pretty stuck where it is right now.
