I found a few new (and old) scripts on armaholic that would compliment A3Wasteland.

Smarter Tanks: http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=26618
Fog View Distance: http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=26124
Kill Count: http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=19101

Also, it would be really cool if you could add a feature that allows players to buy hits on other players (not on same team). You can choose the amount you want to spend and whoever kills the player you bought the hit on gets the money. This would be very useful on servers where one player is causing grief because all the other players would then converge on him.

Smarter Tanks: Really neat! I'm all for better AI 😃

Fog View Distance: Not sure what are you expecting this to do, it's simply a custom script function that returns a number representing visibility distance based on the active fog level, it doesn't actually change anything.

Kill Count: This will be addressed with the new scoreboard currently in the making. It will be the first thing to be beta-tested after the revive branch is fully released.

Bounty Hunting: There will be an automated bounty system added after the scoreboard and vehicle saving are released. This will not be player-chosen, but bounties will be placed on random players among those with higher kill counts.

Ah awesome! I'll keep on the lookout for anything i see that will make A3 better.

Here's another idea; TF2 style deaths. By this i mean when you're killed by a player, your view is zoomed toward their position. This would help discourage camping and force players to constantly move around.
