Describe the bug
While trying to enable SCT, .NET errors out stating that access to the Themes registry in HKLM was denied

Reproduction
Just enabling classic thene

Expected behavior
SCT getting the rights to the HKLM Themes registry through administrator privileges

Environment:

  • OS: (Win10 ver xxxx) Not sure
  • SCT Version (1.2.2)

Additional info
Bug report filed for CSX 3194 on WinClassic
As far as I remember, SCT doesn't need access to this section of the registry at all
