Pre-release 1.6.0 (1.6.0.0)

Starting with SCT 1.6, there is going to be a fourth version component:
All builds are versioned *.*.*.x, where * can be any version number and x is the revision. The revision will start at 0 for the first beta, and it will increase when a new beta build is published, or when the final release is ready.

Changes:
Added copyright header to LoaderForm and InstallPathPage
Added configuration item for changing SCT path
Added new UI for MainForm
Moved showing the wizard into it's own configuration item
Made SCT path the default working area for the start menu item
Made dark/light background algorithm choose according to W3C recommendations (correctly)
SCT no longer replaces the executable in the install directory when running a newer version from SCT elsewhere
Fixed Open-Shell configuration writing the wrong path for start button and taskbar texture
