Revert 3bc3470^ ... 3bc3470 on Getting Started with AFNetworking
Since typically you would use #import "AFNetworking" if you added the library manually, it is move clear to include that you need to use angle brackets to add AFNetworking headers after running pod install (#import <AFNetworking.h>).
Updated version specification from 2.0 to 2.2
Clarified what workspace name would be (so beginners don't literally look for App.workspace)
No need to do pod setup again, it's done in step 1. Also added warning about slanted vs straight quotes (TextEdit defaults to slanted :( ), and corrected a typo.

somtimes pod setup command needs to run.
The sentence said "Using either the iOS 7 SDK." but didn't include any other SDK. So I removed either.
