Hi, I’m Peter

I work across the full chain - from the first app event firing on a mobile device to the pipeline that processes it to the dashboard someone actually opens on a Monday morning.

Most of my work lives in the gap between mobile engineering and data engineering: instrumenting apps correctly, designing event schemas that don't need to be rewritten six months later, and building the pipelines and observability layers behind them.

Recent focus areas:

  • Mobile analytics instrumentation (React Native → BigQuery)
  • IoT / telemetry pipelines and observability (OTel, Grafana, SLOs)
  • Offline-first mobile architecture for field operations
  • On-device and edge ML integration
