In order to carry out predictive maintenance one should know how the components used are stressed. In this module two types of counters are used.
- Events: A simple counter
- Trigger: Records the duration of the stress. Operating hours counter.
Furthermore, limits (warning, error) can be defined for each component used
Get Started
- Start “PredictiveMaintenance.lvproj” project. You find this in: ..Sources\PredictiveMaintenanceModule\PredictiveMaintenance
- Open “PredictiveMaintenance.lvlib” and start “_API_TESTER.vi”
- Start "_API_TESTER.vi". In this vi you can launch module and check all API functions
