This is an application that consumes the congress.gov API and the OpenAPI chatGPT api to take bill data and make it easily understandable.

How to start Project:

1. Clone repository

   clone repo
   

2. Switch to repository

   cd into repo
   

3. Install depandencies

   npm install
   

4. Start app

   npm run start
   

5. Open browser and run below url

http://localhost:3000/
