I left off at https://github.com/ASFHyP3/hyp3-cookiecutter/tree/update_staging#7-restart-the-github-actions after merging #1 and #2. The second PR was to fix what I thought was a typo in hyp3-cookiecutter here but now I don't know if that was actually a typo.

The dockerize job is currently failing with:

ERROR: failed to solve: failed to push ghcr.io/asfhyp3/hyp3-isce2:0.0.1.dev4_g999cdf6: unexpected status: 403 Forbidden

After reverting #2, I tried giving write perms to the hyp3-isce2 repo at https://github.com/orgs/asfhyp3/packages/container/hyp3-isce2/settings. I'll see if it works.

Edit: And it works! It appears that the hyp3-isce2 package had already been created before the repo was created, and that @forrestfwilliams was the only one with access to the package. I wonder if the package had not already existed, would the repo have created it automatically and given itself (the repo) write perms for the package? If so, we would not have to document this step in hyp3-cookiecutter, otherwise we should document it.

Yeah I think this behavior is unique to the weirdness I created by first creating then deleting a repository with the same name.
