Perform cross tabulation on csv files

Steps to perform cross tabulation:

1. Run index.html
2. select and upload the csv file. You can select the sampleCsv file given.
3. The table will be populated with the csv file data
4. Two select boxes will be available to select the two columns on which cross-tabulation will be performed.
5. The table below select boxes will show the cross-tabulation data.
