Deleting the disabledmods folder makes it impossible to disable mods

What happened?

1. Made a new modpack
2. Played on it on a single player world for a bit to make sure everything works
3. Deleted all irrelevant folders (most importantly disabledmods) from the instance folder so I could share the pack with my friends who don't use ATLauncher
4. Tried to make some last minute adjustments (swapping storage drawers for functional storage)
5. Tried to disable storage drawers
6. See log output. Moving the mod to the disabledmods directory fails, as it no longer exists

While this is about what one would expect when trying to move something into a folder that does not exist, I think the launcher should just try to recreate the folder if it can't be found.
