As title states, I'd like to provide Docker containers for the packs servers.

Unsure as to if we'd need permission from individual pack developer/s, I'd say no since we already do zips of their packs.

May be best to provide a single base image which is used as a base and then extended from for each pack which simply issues a command to download and install a given pack and version in the Dockerfile.

May also be best to provide a registry of something like docker.atlcdn.net or registry.atlcdn.net for providing these images so there isn't 100's of GB of servers on the Docker Registry
