While using AXElements I am getting following error:
LoadError: C extensions are disabled, can't load `/Users/test_user/.rvm/gems/ruby-1.9.3-p194/gems/accessibility_core-0.4.1/lib/accessibility/bridge/bridge.bundle' require at org/jruby/RubyKernel.java:1027

Looks like you don't have C extensions enabled for jruby. It also looks like you installed AXElements with CRuby instead of JRuby, which might cause some issues with dynamic linking.

You will need to refer to Jruby documentation to figure out how to enable C extension support; though I think Jruby discourages C extensions. You might be better off using CRuby or shelling out to CRuby from Jruby.
