It's formanaging the lecture room according to the schedule 
which let the professor get in the room in his specified time (after scanning his barcode on his ID card)
then let the students to get if them allowed to get in (according to the stage) 
also by scanning there barcode and the program make a list with the names of the student that interned the lecture room
