brief description of changes

  1. Added in and email_config.conf for the email plugin. Both are documented on use.
  2. Updated README to add in my part
  3. Made a few changed to the passgen plugin file because it wouldn't work in the state I pull from the master
  4. Added in a couple comments to the Wikipedia and dictionary plugin because those need libraries installed to run properly, and I simplified the PyDictionary import statement.

Updatied Email plugin to allow multiple word for body and subject, an…
…d changed the body type to HTML so you can use things such as <br> for new lines and other formatting in email.
