How To Run Converter locally

1. Create a pageflip5_PDF_converter/lib/settings.php from pageflip5_PDF_converter/lib/settings-sample.php

2. php -d max_input_vars=300000 -d max_execution_time=0 -S localhost:8000

3. Check test.php output at localhost:8000/test.php

4. Use it localhost:8000 and send good vibes to AbelVincze
