Media Linker Plugin

The adapter on its own often does not have enough information to find media paths referred to by editorial media. For example, an EDL may only have shot names or PTS codes. A media linker plugin would take the MissingReference produced by those adapters and if possible, return a resolved MediaReference.

This should follow the pattern of the adapter plugins, defined by a manifest and so on. It should also be optionally automatically run by a read adapter.
