make README1.html based on README.md

Hi @viktor-ribchev!
We have https://bsdd.ontotext.com/README.html from README.org, which is good but not perfect:

• (+) numbered headings
• (+) figure captions
• (+) great code highlighting
• (+) favicon
• (-) plain fonts
• (-) TOC is not in left navpane
• (+) text was narrower than screen, now is full width
• (+) images are centered, and not too wide (but I can add size in .org if needed)
• (+) authors, date are at the top (and creator software at bottom)

I made README1.html from README.md.
But can you try and make it better using your tooling?

• change README1.html: README.md in Makefile
• me and you can tweak the README1.md: README.org command line as needed:
  • now exporting the metadata (title, authors...) to emit standard attributes as metadata, use --standalone jgm/pandoc#8688
  • do you need figures like this [markdown writer] figures output with <figure> tag instead of simple implicit_fitures format jgm/pandoc#8689

  • or can work with figures like this: (README1.html shows them fine)
