# FAQ and troubleshooting **I typed `[[Varek]]` but it is not a link.** Links are created only by choosing a result in the `[[` menu, so Chronexus never guesses. Type `[[`, then pick the page. **I mentioned two characters together; why does the graph not say they are related?** On purpose: a mention is not a fact. Declare a relationship in the graph. **The save status shows an error.** Your text is still in the editor. Press *Save now*; if it keeps failing, create a backup from *Backup and restore* and report the message. **Windows or macOS refuses to open the app.** Chronexus has no paid signing certificate. See [Getting started](Getting-Started.md). **The sharing status says "waiting to be sent".** Your change is saved on this computer and will be sent at the next synchronization (or when the server is reachable again). If you are a reader in that campaign, it waits until the owner lets you write again. **A conflict appeared.** The same item changed on two computers. Open *Sharing → Conflicts* and choose which version to keep; nothing has been lost. **"You no longer have access to this campaign."** You were removed, you left, or the owner deleted it on the server. Your own items stay; copies from others were cleared. With a new invitation you can join again. **The assistant says no GPU is available.** The assistant only runs on a supported graphics card; it never falls back to the cloud. The rest of Chronexus works without it. **Where do I report a problem?** In the [issues](https://github.com/Acelith/Chronexus/issues). Never attach your personal backups or notes.
