aw-sync old libssl dependency

I’m unable to run aw-sync on an Ubuntu 22.04-based system:

./aw-sync: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.1.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

22.04 ships with OpenSSL 3, I don’t have 1.1

Also facing this issue on Ubuntu 23.10
