Steps to reproduce

  1. Add example.org to the user filter
  2. Search for example
  3. Edit example.org and change it to example.com
  4. Switch to another filter list and then get back to the user filter

Expected behavior

The rule stays modified

Actual behavior

The rule stays unmodified
