There are a couple of issues with this.

There is no notification when I visit a blocked website
Settings are a little bit illogical - "notify" and "sound" should be connected. When "notify" is disabled, "sound" should be also disabled AND you shouldn't be able to enable it: https://uploads.adguard.com/up04_rfz2i_Windows_7_Enterprise.png
