The original report on XDA:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=75711404&postcount=3013

We have the very same issue as we had earlier with VPN:
#43

The problem is that AG accepts incoming connection even though IPv6 is unreachable:

09:57:51.799 [pool-2-thread-211] ERROR com.adguard.filter.proxy.a - TCP id=1000530 Error while processing connection. Connection info: com.facebook.katana /fe80::9ec4:4bae:62ea:b895:42897 /2a03:2880:f121:83:face:b00c:0:25de:443 10206

java.net.ConnectException: Network is unreachable

That makes Facebook app believe that IPv6 is reachable, and it does not switch to IPv4.
