SSL whitelist could be applied to random domains #738

The problem is that we currently use the following code to prepare SSL whitelist:
StringUtils.split(whitelist) which uses whitespace as a separator.

whitelist contains comments along with domains, so some random parts of these comments are getting into the resulting list.
