Unnecessary text in 'Import rules' dialog window #1349

When you click here:

The following window appears, with excess text in the input text field:

Even if this text is considered necessary, it is cut.

unfortunately, it's a windows bug (https://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio/feedback/details/525070/openfiledialog-show-part-of-file-name-in-win7). I guess the best solution is leave the default "FileName" blank. Moreover, the workarounds, proposed in the issue, are not feasible, because necessary OpenFileDialog's properties are absent.

From my perspective, leaving the text field blank is completely fine. I believe it is 100% clear what has to be selected in this dialog window for anyone who made it to this point.
